HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
MATTER OF FACT offers 1-2 business day processing on all orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, orders may experience shipping delays.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We're sorry to hear you would like to cancel your order. In our attempts to serve you best, we do all we can to process your orders as quickly as possible. Please contact email@example.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make our best attempt to cancel your order provided it hasn't been released for shipment.

You can expect regular updates via email, and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as your order ships which will allow you check the status or your order right to your door.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 1-2 business days for the processing and shipping of all orders.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
