WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Orders placed on the MATTER OF FACT website can be shipped within the U.S. via ground and express shipping - including P.O. Boxes (some weight restrictions will apply). Please note that only express shipping (no ground shipping) is available for orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, orders cannot be shipped to U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico and Guam or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not offered at this time.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING?
Orders placed before 12 PM PST (Mon-Fri, excluding US holidays) will ship same day. Any order placed after this time will ship on the following business day. During periods of high demand, your order may take 1-2 business days to process.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will do our best to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping address, your order will be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact customer care for further assistance.
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT. WHAT DO I DO?
If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases, the carrier will need to update your address which may result in an additional charge. MATTER OF FACT does not assume responsibility for any additional charges incurred due to an address change after your order has shipped. You may also have the option to ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up. In the event, you have difficulties getting your shipment delivered, please contact Customer Care by emailing email@example.com and we’ll do all we can to assist.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will file a claim on your behalf. Please note - this may take up to 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier.
