We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately we cannot accept checks or money orders.

No, an account is not necessary for purchases on the MATTER OF FACT site. However, we encourage you to create an account so that you can review your order history and so that transactions are in one place and easily accessible.

You can expect regular updates via email and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as your order ships, which will allow you check the status or your order right to your door.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers. Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes apply to full priced items only and cannot be used towards bundle purchases. Email & SMS Sign-Up codes promotional terms: 10% off code is valid ONLY for new registered customers on their first purchase at matteroffact.com towards full priced items. Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

We will do our best to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) only. Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to fulfill any orders outside of the United States for now.

We’re always hopeful that you are completely satisfied with your products, but should you encounter any issues, MATTER OF FACT is always here to help. While we do not currently process exchanges, if you are having issues with any of the products in your order, please contact us at support@matteroffact.com and we'll do all we can to make things right.

Product Information

Our products are not tested on animals.

We do not describe our products as being "organic". The FDA does not define or regulate the term "organic" as it applies to cosmetics. If a product is composed of agricultural ingredients, it is eligible to be certified "organic" by the USDA under the National Organic Program (NOP). However, it's important to note that cosmetics made with "organic" ingredients are not necessarily safer for consumers than those made with ingredients from other sources. Many plants, whether or not they are organically grown, contain substances that may be toxic or allergenic.

Each of our products are formulated uniquely and contain various ingredients - please visit the respective product page for the ingredient you are interested in for more information. However, we suggest that you always consult with your physician for direction on what’s safe for you and your baby.

Our products are ideally stored in an environment at room temperature, away from excessive heat and humidity.

Subscriptions

When placing an order, simply select the "Subscribe" tab on the product page, choose your subscription frequency and add to cart.

At this time, all items except bundles and gift cards are available for subscription.

Your subscription will be sent using our standard shipping partners. Shipping for all subscription orders is included in the purchase price and will be processed as standard shipping. We recommend that the delivery address you use is where you will most likely be during business hours.

If you are not at home during the delivery time, our carriers’ delivery instructions are to leave the package in a secure place. However, please note that this is done at the carrier's discretion - if there’s no deemed safe location, a card will be left instructing how to retrieve your package.

Absolutely! You can remove or swap preferred products by logging into your account and clicking → My Subscriptions → Products in my Subscription → Edit. From there you choose the product you would like to remove or swap and select your preferred action.

You will receive our standard shipping notifications complete with tracking for each package.

Your subscription will be sent on the same date every 30 days / 60 days / 90 days (depending on what frequency you have chosen).

You can change your payment information by logging into your account and clicking → My Subscriptions → Payment Information → Edit.

You can change your delivery address by logging into your account and clicking → My Subscriptions → Address and Shipping Information → Edit.

You can pause your subscription by logging into your account and clicking → My Subscriptions → Manage Upcoming Orders. Once here, you can pause all future orders or simply skip the upcoming month.

No, unfortunately, it is not possible to schedule your delivery. Your order will be shipped on the calendar date that you originally ordered and delivery time may vary month to month. If you would like to change your ship date, this can be changed within your account.

Unfortunately, we cannot add additional products to an active subscription. If there are new items you would like to subscribe to, please follow the process of setting up your subscription as described above.

Our subscription offers the benefit of 10% discount off purchase price. Unfortunately, this cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.

Prior to your order shipping, you can cancel an order by logging into your account and clicking → My Subscriptions → Manage Upcoming Orders. From there you can cancel your upcoming shipment.
