We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Shop Pay.  

ORDER COMMUNICATION
We will send an order confirmation email as soon as we receive your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.

ORDER CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS 
We begin processing orders as soon as they are received and may not be able to cancel or modify orders after they are submitted. 

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order please contact us immediately at support@matteroffact.com. We will do our best to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after the order has been placed. 

PRODUCT SAMPLES
We offer complimentary samples with all orders. Please note that samples are paired to accompany your chosen product. All samples are not subject to individual selection or substitution, and multiple quantities of the same sample are not permitted. Due to limited availability, we are unable to reship product samples if they arrive damaged or are missing from your order.

Currently, we only ship product samples with purchases and do not offer product samples for individual purchase.

SHIPPING METHODS
We currently offer free standard shipping for all MATTER OF FACT orders $60+, with the exception of shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Standard shipping for all other orders is $6.99. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. All orders are shipped via FedEx, we are unable to accommodate requests to ship with other carriers. 

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard - Free on orders $60+, all other orders $6.99
  Estimated Delivery Time: 2-8 business days
• Second Day Expedited - $15
  Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
• Overnight Expedited - $25
  Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days

Please note:

• Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. Orders shipping to these states can only be sent via Second Day Expedited Shipping, we are unable to offer Standard and Overnight shipping options.
• Second Day and Overnight shipping is not available for orders shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
• A standard 1-2 business day processing time applies to all orders.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIMES 
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders may experience longer processing times during periods of high demand such as promotions or the holiday season. 

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information and estimated delivery date per the package carrier. Please note that it may take a few hours for tracking information to populate and delivery information is subject to change.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING 
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. Please note that expedited shipping options refer to the transit time after the package has left our warehouse. A standard 1-2 business day processing time still applies. Orders may experience longer processing times during periods of high demand such as promotions or the holiday season. 

Expedited shipping is not available for orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must ship via Second Day Expedited Shipping. 

P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO SHIPPING 
MATTER OF FACT offers shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that orders shipping to these addresses may experience additional transit time and are not eligible for expedited shipping options.

AK/HI SHIPPING 
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are only able to ship via Second Day Expedited Shipping. 

Please note that we are unable to offer Standard and Overnight Expedited Shipping options and that these orders are not eligible for free shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
At this time we only ship within the United States and are unable to ship orders internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience!

MISSING SHIPMENTS 
Packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Typically, the package arrives within 1-2 business days. We also recommend thoroughly searching your property including porches, mailboxes, garages, parcel lockers, and management/leasing office if applicable.
